Italian Advisor Network Acquired

At the beginning of August, Zurich took over Deutsche Bank's network of financial advisors in Italy. As a result of the partnership between the two companies, a business unit with 1,085 financial advisors, 97 employees and assets under management of 16.5 billion euros ($19.5 billion) will be transferred to Zurich. The insurer has been serving the Italian market for more than 30 years and says it has grown strongly there in recent years.
