Birdhaus: Fashionable Expat Women

The women-only space on dubs itself an inclusive environment for women to spend their days «dreaming, connecting, learning, and getting down to business.» The two-story loft in the former Huerlimann brewery is exquisitely appointed by founder Michelle Gasparovic, a California native with a background in luxury and fashion. Its no coincidence that members here are often expats, heavily focused on start-ups in healthcare and creative arts. Monthly memberships are 425 francs, which includes a free weekly yoga class. Members events include makeup sessions and cocoa meditation.
