Trust Square: Bitcoin Meets Bahnhofstrasse

The former VP Bank offices were re-opened as co-working space for blockchain companies this spring. Location is the main draw of the two-story facility: Trust Square overlooks Switzerland’s central bank and carries a prestigious low-digit Bahnhofstrasse street address. The space cultivated an enfant terrible side, projecting a bitcoin logo on the façade of the Swiss National Bank during its opening. Offices are austere, can give a cramped feel, and Trust Square doesn’t have large public forum spaces. «Resident» fees are 500 francs per desk.
