The head of asset management at VZ Group has decided to hand over the responsibilities of his position to a colleague.

Peter Stocker, head of the VZ Asset Management division, is stepping down. He will leave the executive board and concentrate on the business with institutional clients, VZ Group said in a statement on Wednesday.
The board appointed Manuel Ruetsche (pictured above) as a replacement for Stocker. Ruetsche has been with VZ since 2004 and is in charge of VZ Quant Portfolio Services.
