Swiss Brutalist-Style Villa for Sale
The villa conveys «a unique feeling of well-being» is how luxury auction house Christie's listed the property. The home in Muzzano, set above Lugano, is an architectural landmark.

The property was built in 1964 by Italian architects Mario Campi and Franco Messina. The concrete build is an example of the Brutalist style of the 1950s, which was heavily influenced by famed architect Le Corbusier on form, it not materials.

There is little «brutal» above the villa, which is listing for 10 million Swiss francs ($10 million). Milan-based firm Droulers Architecture refreshed the home three years ago, emphasizing Japanese elements as well as its clear lines and lack of adornments.
