SFP Investment Net Drops on One-Time Effects
Swiss Finance & Property Investment, a Zurich-based real estate firm, had a 13 percent increase of rental income in the first six months of the year. The vacancy rate at the end of the reporting period was 2.75 percent, the company said.
Even though costs at a 4.9 percent rate increased less than income, the company expects net to decrease to 4.15 million Swiss francs from 10.5 million a year earlier, the company. The decline is due to the absence of one-time effects from divestments in 2016.
Swiss Finance & Property will release further details on August 29.
