MV Invest launched its immovestore.ch platform, the company said in a statement today. immovestore.ch is a platform for the financing of real estate.

The offering is restricted to institutional investors. It is designed to help finance real-estate projects with the help of Swiss pension funds.

Pension funds increasingly have competitive rates to offer because they don’t fall under the same restrictions regarding the capital requirements as banks.

MV Invest has a cooperation agreement with Fixlend, an independent adviser for Swiss real estate investments, to help calculate the financing solution. Fixlend also helps with the process involved in concluding the transactions.
