Safra Sarasin Hires Snack Food Entrepreneur

Daniel Zachmann spent nearly nine years as head of research at Swiss family office Bedrock. He dropped out in 2015 to focus full-time on an endeavor close to his heart: he and two childhood friends founded Mister Free'd, which manufactures gluten-free crackers and chips.

The firm started out in a small kitchen in Bethnal Green, but quickly proved successful enough to move into bigger premises and clinch a production partnership.
