SIX Group CFO Resigns
Stefan Maeder has been CFO of SIX Group for six years and has now decided to leave, the company said in a statement today. He is looking for a new challenge in addition to his board memberships.
SIX CEO Urs Rueegsegger praised Maeder for his work at SIX: «Under Stefan Mäder's leadership, finance and risk functions were further developed and given a strong international orientation,» Rueegsegger said. «His work created an important foundation for the profitable growth of SIX.»
Maeder will stay on as CFO until SIX has found a suitable successor, but leave at the end of February 2017 at the latest.
